None. Tab Muter does not collect any data from you or your browser.

What permissions does the extension use?

Tab Muter requests only the tabs permission, which is used solely to read the mute state of your open tabs and toggle it when you click the button. This data is never stored, logged, or transmitted anywhere.

Does the extension communicate with any servers?

No. Tab Muter contains no network requests, no analytics, no telemetry, and no third-party scripts. It operates entirely offline within your browser.

Does the extension store any data?

No data is stored. Tab Muter does not use chrome.storage, cookies, or any other storage mechanism. When you close the popup, no state is persisted.

Third parties

Tab Muter does not share data with any third parties because no data is collected in the first place.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a new effective date. Given the nature of this extension, we do not anticipate changes.
